This pillow is for all the ladies out there who have, just like me, menstrual cramps that’ll make you hate all of your existence.
What you’ll need:
- an empty pillow case, a sock, a pouch, an old stuffed animal, frabric and a sewing kit, or whatever your heart desires to cuddle with
- dry, uncooked rice
- lavender(protection, healing & relaxation!), chamomile(healing, relaxation & anti-stress) & rosemary(healing & protection),- (in whatever combination you want, you can choose to only use one herb or different ratios. Even use different herbs if you feel other more!)
- crystals: amethyst (for healing & protection), rose quarz(protection & relaxation) & clear quarz(for healing & protection),- (the same as on top: use whatever, however you like)
- a candle (real or LED, whichever you like)
Steps:
Light the candle to feel warm and fuzzy by it’s light and gather all your materials. Start off with filling your pillow about a half with rice. Place the herbs and crystals of your liking inside and be happy that you are an adult who enjoys the simple things. Take a deep breath and blow you intention into the pillow. Fill it up with the leftover rice until it’s full, but still soft enough that the rice can move and fit your body. Close it up so that nothing can fall out. If you want to, put another pillowcase over it, so you have a washable case! Heat it up for about half a minute at 600w (or how much you like, just don’t do it for too long!), and violà!
Tip: If you want an extra magical push, draw a sigil on the inside of your pillow, or on a piece of paper and put it inside too!
